Any wedge owners going? As far as I know Woody Cooper, Tim Lanocha, Rick James and myself will be there plus Bill Warner's Ex-Group 44 TR8 to complete the Group 44 reunion with the Group 44 guys, Bob Tullis, Lank Foushee, etc.

The Mitty is great. Group 44, Inc. cars are out in good numbers; TR6, TR8, XJS, XJR7, Spitfire, GT6, MGB and XKE on long from Jaguar!
Image
The Group 44 diner, auction and open discussions were priceless! Thye TR8 has some metal/aluminum in the oil so it may or may not run this weekend.

Here is the GT6.....

It looks really great! I think it had some issue(s) on the parade lap that caused it to limp back into the pits?

Here are some more pictures:
Tim Lanocha with his 600+ horsepower Group 44 TR8 Replica as we got it unloaded from the trailer

Tim getting the nod of approval from Bob Tullius.

I got to talk to Lanky Foushee (Right) who I have not seen in about 7 years who I got to sign some posters always a pleasure like any of the Group 44 guys are expected to be!
Image
Lanky and the current mechanic/pit crew of Jaguar XJR5#007 looks over a dealer promotional poster of the first run of the XJR and this brought out so many little details and points of how the car was not really completed for final presentation! I loved the conversation!

Ron-
Thanks and I know there was a silver TR8 that got to go around the track for a tour but never met them. I was with the Group 44 cars and guys all week and weekend sucking up all of the history!
