Replacement silencer

Postby EntonoX » 12 Dec 2007 15:37

Hello all,

The original mid-silencer (bosal exhaust 222-961) is no longer available over here. Is there any change that a other bosal replacement can be fitted? maybe someone knows a car make/type which has roughly the same size of the silencer?

Can't help you there as I went stainless 15 years ago ...
Go to your friendly carshop and have a look in there magazine.
Worked for me with some parts over the years [:)]

We have steel and stainless silencers here off the shelf, quite legal and in any calibre......

(I know it is off topic but it is the one good bit of our gun laws...)

Why not just try a bit of pipe to replace that silencer - and see how loud the exhaust becomes ?
