What's the story of the car with the British numberplates?

Don't know, but I will find out! In some states, it is not required to have a front plate, so maybe he is using an English one on the front. Or he could be from British Colombia.

In British Columbia you have to have a front plate unless you have Collector's Plates, then the rule is "if there is no provision for a front plate then you do not have to deface the car to put one on. My car was a California car and it never had a front plate attached so no place to put a Collector Plate (no screw holes in bumper). Apparently a lot of people in CA don't run front plates. 19 States don't require front plate (CA isn't one).

I think taking all those photos was very brave of you Jclay. If I saw a bunch of desperado's like that somewhere, I think I would run away.

Great pics of some really nice cars! Wish I could have made it. There was a project in New Mexico that I tried to put off so that I could attend, but it couldn't wait. I flew through Phoenix the week before. Next year it will be in Marin County California which will be a lot easier to get to.
