First major car show on the main land. It was supposed to rain so brought my 'belly and rubber boots. As you can see it turned out perfect. Pulled up behind an MGR in the ferry line up so talked to the driver on the way over (2 hours). There were as many cars as last year so the doom and gloom forecast that didn't turn out didn't scare many away. There were only 3 TR8's and 3 TR7's (over 600 cars) as many as the DMC's. Got first prize in class. I did forgo the Triumph barbecue after the show to have dinner with sister and family and caught the last ferry back to the Island. I was up at 3:30 am and I got home at midnight so it was a long day.
Can you spot the TR7 parts used on the red Tiger in the slide show?
For those out of province, BCIT (the tent) stands for British Columbia Institute of Technology.
