Take off the door internal trims (don't forget to unplug the speaker leads & the door light leads if you have a later car). Each door is held onto the hinges by 3 nuts on the hinge studs. Start by loosening these, then remove 2 from each hinge, leaving just one on each. Support the door then remove the last bottom nut, then the last top nut. It helps to have a second pair of hands to hold the door while you do this!
You should now be ale to pull the door back and off the studs. Note there may be alignment shims between the door & the hinge, note where these go to aid refitting.
