Need some help with this one

A good friend of mine had a death in the family and have spent the last few months going through a very big house packed full of all sorts of things. No one has ventured out to the garage in the back of the yard other that to lift the door and see that it was full to the brim with boxes and all maner of everything. My good freind Mike hadventured out to see how much stuff was actualy in htere and how big a rubbish trailer he would need to rent to go to the dump. He knew there was a door on ht eside of the building but realised he could not see it from inside. That`s when he realised there was a wall and another section beonde what he could see inside. He moved a bunch of stuff that was up againset the door and got it opened up and this is what he found. Said it was covered in about an inch of dust but from the few pictures he has sent it appears to be MK9 Jaguar which were `59-`61 I need to find the best place to get info and pricing as to it`s possible value to help him out or even take it off his hands for a fair price. I am very interested in getting it myselfe but still would like to offer him a fair price after all he is a good freind.

Price will vary depending on area of world. I would do Craigs list, Used Ottawa and Kijiji searches. Even if no body rust perforation, still going to need a lot of work. I remember seeing a UK video passed around the club a few years back of a demolition derby using only these cars.

I looked on these sites and precious little for Jags of any sort. Not like out on West Coast.

Yes I agree no doubt it will need a thorough restoration but froom what I ahve found so far there have been some real basket cases pulled from mud holes going in hte 3-5k range so just makes me wonder what the value of one in much better condition could be. Does not seem to be many MK9`s around to judge by. Iwill be getting i touch with the local Jaguar club and a member I know to dig a bit further. Car is actualy located in Toronto still in it`s original spot where it was discovered about a month ago.
