Just got back from Triumphest 2011.
I know that I need to do some work on the front hubs after installing Ted's big bearing hubs, but it was over 100 degrees again today. So . . .
I went down to my local mechanic to have him adjust the bearing and check the run out.
First he didn't believe what I said the problem was and had one of his guys drive my car. Then he started arguing with me about what the problem was. After about 5 minutes of him telling me my rotors needed to be turned and me telling me that just needed to be changed 180 degrees on the hub. I said, "Take it off the rack and I will just fix it myself!"
I just hate it when someone who knows nothing about our cars tries to tell me what is wrong with mine!
