Brake hoses and unions.

Postby claypole1360 » 14 Sep 2011 13:49

A quick question,

Do the brake pipes use metric or imperial fitments on the standard calipers?
Thanks, Calvin.

What's that coming over the hill? Is it a monster?

My Leyland manual warns me that both metric, & imperial calipers & pipes were used on 7s. It suggests that care should be exercised when using replacements.

It does not give any Vin numbers for which cars had which, so I think it depended on which suppliers gear was used at any time.

Just a bit more fun, really!
