Identify those ... Homologated Group 4 brakes

Since someone brought up brakes ...

I have a game here. I will describe the brakes listed in the TR7 homologation form (FIA recognition no. 3071, amendment no. 8/6V). Can any of you describe their source?

The front rotors are ventilated 266.7 mm (10.5") diameter, 20.87 mm (0.82") thick. Rears are solid and the same diameter, but 12.7 mm (0.5") thick. The front brake linings are 112.26 mm (4.42") long and 50.8 mm (2.0") wide. The rears are the same width, but 74.9 mm (2.95") long.

In the pictures, the front caliper is 4-pot and smooth most of the way around. The rear caliper is two-pot and open on the back. The front rotor pictures is separate from the hat/bell with 6 lugs. The rear rotor one-piece and looks similar to the stock front rotor.

Any guesses?

Well it is an guess, but I think it very likely that the calipers & discs were from AP Racing.

Even now they sell a 4 pot closed back caliper for a 267 x 21 mm disc, part of their historic range:

On my 7 I have a set of AP 4 pot calipers with vented discs, I think it was Steve from S&S who told me that it was a popular upgrade kit produced by AP for the 7 "back in the day". Certainly works well.

I did get a shock when a couple of years ago I enquired to AP about replacement discs, only £177 EACH! I had them skimmed instead ....

Front calipers should be AP Racing CP2361 if I have the correct papers.
Don't recognise the rear calipers though.

Doing a "correct", historic rally car sure is expensive.
