I agree with Paul, that is interesting about the plates on the other side of the pond. I have one on my Mustang now (it is PLATNUM because it was repained Platinum Frost Metallic;previously it was Cabernet Red and had the plate CODE RED[8D]) The DHC I have is Brooklands Green, and I can't decide what to put on that plate. I toyed with KERMIT and GO GREEN,but for now it just has the standard issue plate. (If anyone can think of a clever,7 character/digit plate, feel free to pipe in-I may use it and will let you know!) The FHC is a dark burgundy color, but I have decided it will be repainted in a different color once the bodywork is done on it. I have no idea what to put on it either, esp not knowing how it will turn out. Stay tuned...

I like the GO GREEN idea especially as it will bug the heck out of all those Prius owners.[:D]

You guys got me thinking (not necessarily a good thing).

I went to the Arizona DMV online, and it is only $25 to get a custom plate. It shows that TR8 is already taken, but MYTR8, 80TR8 and 1980TR8 are all still available. Or should I get creative and choose GR8TR8 (Great TR8). Any other combinations that sound good. I have up 7 numbers and letters (no spaces).

One of my favorites for a red convert.
