There are a few more photos on the TWOA FI fuel tank photo album (see Odd's post for the link). I worry a lot about using a coating and having it clog up the tiny 1/4 inch fuel fill hole in the swirl pot! It's looking like my recently cleaned and coated FI fuel tank has to come out yet again. I can't remember if I had a piece of wire through it which I removed later or if I poked a hole in it before complete cure or if it never closed. The only way you have complete control of quality is if you do it yourself. Why do you have to remove it again? What happened?
