Unfortunately none of the grease nipples were the correct size but looking at the thread on the plug bolt it looked very similar to those on the grease gun connections- after taking off the grease nipple connector the fititng on the end of the flexible pipe screwed in perfectly to the rack!
I'm sure most people have discoverd this themselves but it was new to me and hassaved a trip tothe iron mongers on the way to work tomorrow morning!
