A good coil, leads, dizzy cap, plugs and not forgetting electronic ignition .

And you wont need it ....

Snake oil (IMHO), go with decent ignition components and an electronic set up as above. That works.

It reminds me of those magical metal pellets that were sold for the fuel tank. The magic was they were supposed to enable unleaded petrol to behave like 4 star leaded.

Reminds me of those ads in Mechanix Illustrated decades ago the would promise to turn your carburetor into a 200 mpg one that the oil companies were keeping under wraps. It was a foam cylinder that rotated in a pool of gas and air was sucked through to give 100% vaporisation.
