I had one and the whoile garage which is under the house took on the sickly smell of parffin- wife went mental. Took it to work and same thing happened. I bought somer water based detergent to use but some one made an offer so I let it go. Moral of story is that it is a great device but don't use parafffin in confined space!

Don't have to worry about confined spaces in my garage.
That's why there s the panels behind the unit and next to it.
All the walls are vents

I have a big commercial one that was given to me when I left my last employer, (I was the only one using it pretty much). I have it outside under the deck. You can't smell much unless you are right there and when you lift the lid. They use a recyclable low VOC stuff. Has a big motor like a furnace fan motor. The motor burnt out a few years back and haven't gotten around to getting it replaced/rewound. Just using it as a work bench right now but when I get a minute.....
