This show is put on by the same people who run the Stowe British Invasion in September. Last year the British Invasion show was the biggest all British car show in the US with over 620 cars on the show field.
The Wedge Shop will be attending this show and possible even vending. We will have a large stable of Wedges at the show to support us. Bring yours along!

The Tanglewood Motorcar Festival is gaining momentum as we approach Father's Day Weekend (June 17th-19th) 2011. Go to our website for a Registration form, Class List, and rosters of restaurants and accommodation providers in the Lenox area. There are over 4,000 rooms in Berkshire County so there are lots to choose from. The Chamber of Commerce is presently working on accommodation packages, so do stay tuned.
We have the full support of the Town of Lenox and are working closely with Chamber of Commerce to make the Tanglewood British Motorcar Festival "A Most Memorable Event." For Friday evening we are planning for a Big Lenox Street Party with Main Street blocked off for only British Motorcars. On Friday Registration will be open on the grounds of Tanglewood from 12:00 Noon till 6:00 PM. At 6:15 we will leave Tanglewood with a Police escort to travel 1 & 1/2 miles to Main Street. Based on the final number count for Main Street parallel parking we will issue parking passes to fill Main Street with British Cars with an overflow area set aside in the parking area behind the Catholic Church just off Main Street and their front lawn, if need be. We have reserved a small shopping mall that will accommodate 35 to 40 Large Motorcars. All parking is close to Library Park where we will have set-up the stage for "Satisfaction," a truly exceptional British Tribute Band. We will also have a special area set aside for cars from the collection of our Featured "British Car Enthusiast of the Year." We are presently working on details for a Fun Rally that will provide our registrants with a collection of questions they will need to answer while on tour. Correct answers will result in the issuance of some special Raffle Tickets that can be converted by the winners for a choice of awards, as drawings are made during the Registrant Reception on Friday. If there is enough interest in arriving early in the week we will also plan for a longer road rally on Thursday? With this email we are attaching a link to the Registration form for 2011. We will issue a special Meet Gift to the first 250 cars to register for 2011. If you are interested in becoming a vendor we have posted the Vendor Registration form on the website and will send you one upon request. We are planning for some exceptional craft vendors in addition to New Cars, a Car Corral, British Food and Music, a British Automobilia and Fashion. We have planned for a large food and beverage tent. The grounds and services of Tanglewood, the friendly village of Lenox, the Berkshire Mountain and the support of the BSO/Tanglewood Staff and the Lenox Chamber of Commerce will help to ensure that this weekend will be a jolly good way to start off the 2011 British Motorcar Show season. So far the feedback from numerous British Car Clubs and enthusiasts has be extremely supportive and enthusiastic and we anticipate a very strong showing and are planning accordingly.
