Hi Hasbeen,

My thoughts exactly. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried to login yesterday and found the Forum back up and running after a worrying absence. Looking forward to reading some interesting new posts.

Cheers,
Rich.

My new year resolution

Now I have give up Facebook. (probably the best thing I've done for years)

I intend to post more on here, and I solemnly promise to start working on my TR7 this year

G’day one and all,
I’ve been wondering when the forum would come back from going AWOL.

Hello together,
I'm also Happy, that the Forum ist Back again. So i can Wish you all a healthy Happy new Year . I have got Covid in the last 5 days but feel better day vor day. It is nothing to be afraid of this time.
Next Year i have to Finish my TR7- fi DHC. I only had some issues with the Hazard switch and the lower door hinge on the drivers side. I've got the engine running after 6 years. Another Job to do ist to refurbish the passenger seat with new foam and Cover, renewing the Carpet and refill the AC. Next summer ist coming faster then you believe.
The weatherforecast for the south here in Germany for tomorrow expects 19 degrees Celsius. Unbelievable!!!

Greetings

Good luck with that air con Roger. My system was only 5 years old, but with little running through 9 months of our very wet year the compressor seal dried out & the whole compressor had to be replaced.

You can bet your boots the thing will be getting at least 20 minutes of running every week from now on.
