Not sure about August, but there's The Wedge Gathering at Coventry on the afternoon of Sunday 21st September. If you can only do one event this year, that's the one to do!

I think you just send it to Andrew (Maxwell).

If you want a really long run there is the Festival of Transport at Hellingly on 23/24/25 (I do Sunday 24th) and the Bexhill show on 25th which I normally go to (all weather permitting). They need applications but Hellingly is free to show in and Bexhill is only £3.
