Just a tease....

Postby jrich4411 » 24 May 2014 19:42

after 5 1/2 years, she's getting close. Another tease pic for y'all....
I still have a bunch of "gremlins" to work out - courtesy of Lucas electronics. And I need to upgrade the brakes. She WILL be on the road again this summer!

When will you move the steering wheel to the correct side?

Hi,

What Chevy you got under the bonnet ( hood in American ! ) Be interested to see any pictures of the install.

Car looks great, apart from the steering wheel is on the passengers side for some reason [;)]

Cheers John

John, the engine is a Chevy 350 (5.7 litre for those of you who drive from the passenger seat and measure in the wrong language [:D][:D] ). It's a LT-1 engine, 4 speed auto tranny & computer out of a '94 Camaro Z28 donor. I would have preferred a standard, or better yet an LS-1 drive train, but this one happened to fall in my lap virtually given to me.
I will post a whole lot more pics when she's on the road. As the title states - just a tease for now!
