So weird seeing the steering wheels on the wrong side!

Great to have two Spiders in the homeland!

This Spider is a well known conversion, for a long time it was the only known Spider in the UK, there was speculation a few years ago that there may have been a TR8 Spider built by the factory.

A Spider V8 conversion? Pretty cool!
I received a copy of the April/May issue of Triumph World that John Manske sent me. Yay, Simon! It was a good read and had some great photos! Your car looks fantastic--way to represent! You looked so happy and rightfully proud![:D] --Monica

Brings a tear to the eye.[:)]

At Portland ABFM last year there was three Spiders, mine and another FI and carb version that were owned by same guy. Unfortunately they were in "as found" state. Needed a lot of work. We'll see if they show up this year and if any work has been done.

If all the Wedges show up that were there last year , there should be one more with Darrell's. Could be a big crowd

Did Club Triumph's RBRR in Howard's RHD TR7 last year.
Luckily it wasn't my first time in a RHD car.
But still managed to grab the door handle a few times when I wanted to change gear [:D]
Was good fun though, but I do prefer a LHD car ...

I always thought the UK cars had that ribbed black (blanking?) plate where the rear side marker was,or did the Spyders get a standard marker,or does everyone just put the rear side marker on after the fact,or...?

(I always asked a lot of questions as a child, lol[:D])
