Var the other seven.

Postby claypole1360 » 09 Jun 2011 19:53

Having followed the VAR the seven rebuild on this forum with great interest, I was strangely drawn to another VAR down South, a coupe that I was considering buying. Now there is a red convertible on fleabay with the VAR number plate. Is this significant or a big coincidence?

Sorry mate, I'm happily married to my V8 now and it was one of those adverts that had photos from 8 years ago. Hope to meet you sometime, us both being in Lincs, albeit at opposite ends. Can I tempt you to a triumph camping weekend at Woodhall Spa in September?

VAR the seven, has been progressing nicely, now I am lead to believe it is at the panelshop where he will undergo the finer points before the finishing coat of paint is applied.
I have found out this little bit of information from the owner[;)], I was hoping there would be a continuation of the progress, but time has been against Mike and of course other nice circumstances have had to come first[:D]
Ruby is on the back burner for a while, bit of a big expensive with another of my cars[V]
'VAR' plates seemed to be popular for the TR7's[8D]

The car is unable to handle my driving capabilities
