let's see some pictures of the grad hauling.

If I remember off hand there is a delay device by the gauge that stops the low fuel light from flickering in low fuel situations. It should stay on or off unless you are driving at an angle (up, down or sideways) for an extended length of time. It sounds like it's not working.
