I have an in line filter before the fuel pump, an integral one in the fuel pump and another in line one after the fuel pump.

My original tank rusted out and that orange powder is very very fine. Fine enough for some of it to pass through the first two and appear in the last....................

There's been nothing but fuel in the AFB float bowls for the last few years.....

Not that just before, it is before the pump!

Does sound good to have another one before the carbs too, just to be on the safe side.
