Is your heater/blower getting hot and quickly ie. is the heater matrix clear and coolant running freeley or that "t" pipe under the inlet manifold thats a bugger for sludgeing up that could also cause as in pic.

That happened to me on my 76 DHC. Had to take a drill to get it un-clogged.
