Pop-up lights galore...

Postby Odd » 27 Sep 2010 16:25

Hello friends,
for those interested; Here's a short video from Traffpunkt 80 (a gathering here in Sweden for cars from
the eighties) on Sunday September 19.

or

The main theme of the gathering this year was that very eighties thing: "pop-up headlights"...
So of course I just had to attend! ;-) (Both dad in the black TR7V8 fhc and I were there, but afaIk no
other Triumphs among the 3-400 cars.)

My Midas gold '8 can be seen in some of the scenes and towards the end there's one when I let the
lights go really crazy... [Yes, I had tampered a little with the wiring, so that I could at will have them
go up/down in sync as intended - or wildly cycle out of sync... ;-) ]

Cheers,
/Odd

I really need my lights to do that, is that some basic relay logic used there Odd?

Love the lights Odd [8D].
Hey Odd! Maybe the next gathering, the 3-400 owners could all do the same headlight mod and then make a short video called.....
'The Pop-Up Headlight Mexican Wave' [:D][:D].
