Posted my mileage earlier
I've has my Wedge for 3 driving seasons. After the first I had a noise and did all the top end work.
Lost a season to that. Sometimes it takes me a while to do things. After this season the noise is back and worse so I think the bottom end is do.Hope I don't loose next season.
Wife is gonna hate the money pit,
Already have a 6 that has that moniker.

I bought my car in June from Reno, Nevada where it had been in storage for quite a while. We had a nervous drive it back to Seattle; almost 900 miles in an unknown, untested car, on 25 year old tires. It made the trip with no problem at all. Since then I've replaced the tires, rebuilt the carbs, been getting the quirks out and cleaning. I've put almost 4,000 miles on it.

My clock has just ticked over to 69,000 kilometers but I'm sure that is on its 2nd time around. Looking back at old service receipts it had done 33,770 on Aug 22nd 2007 so I'm doing about 12,000 k.p.a. (7400 miles) or 7 laps of the country each year. This is half of what I do in the work car so that's a pretty good ratio. Because I run the car thru a business I can also report that I paid $2500 for fuel for the TR7 in the last 12 months so if I do the math. <Long pause> For fuel alone it cost me ~20c per kilometer to drive my TR7V8. So you could say that is way more economical than most of my ex-girlfriends were.[:I]
