strut braces will be £180 again plus postage or pick up free,the will be availible mid september,i am making 5

After reading this thread, I made a simple one out of a piece of hollow bar. It made a really noticible difference.

Late shout!
Sparco Universal available from Demon Tweeks UK. Will fit with SU's and four barrel on a V8.
It does make the steering more positive on fast corners. Worth the effort to do for the more spirited drivers.

1979 TR7V8 FHC.
13.31 secs standing quarter.
20 years of tinkering and tuning......So far!
Being reshelled at the moment.

It's a standard Sprint manifold, with injector cups turned from 18mm aluminium bar, and brazed using Durafix Rods. The plenum is made from exhaust pipe.

That's some neat engineering in the intake and the brace looks real pro. You Ozzies are pretty resourceful.

Looks very neat work, particularly the injector boss welding, and love the plennum finish and its Triumph branding.

What ECM/ECU are you using?

Have you had it on the dyno?

I hope you will give us a fuller write up of the mods, please!
