Replacement Wing Mirrors

I recently purchased a replacement wing mirror for the left hand side, (not a bullet one) the matt black rectangular one courtesy of rimmer bros, and it appears to have some additional pieces and im not sure how to fit it to the door, originally the screws hold on to a metal plate under the doorcard and are held in with nuts. ??? Any comments thank you.

extra bits are included to accomodate other applications. just remove old one & replace with new, using the same hardware, if necessary. should take only a minute or so, if Mr. Murphy's not watching[:D]
