Funny ... the top speed of a bog standard DHC is 114 MPH according to roadtests of the day [:p]

She got that name during her restoration in 1996.
Thanks to a friend who walked into the shed when I was having a fight with some parts,
while lying underneath the car (lots of swearing was involved [:D]).

After unfolding a deckchair and opening a bottle of beer he made himself comfortable.
Shortly after that he carefully pushed a big hammer underneath the car with the remark;
"<i>maybe you can throw this at 't Kreng </i> (Dutch for bitch) <i>, but careful please, otherwise you might hit one of my cars</i>"
That made me smile so I joined him for a beer, but the name stuck ...

WOW!!! that is a great looking front end,
TIM you are right ,
where could I get one??? HuHHH!!
do they still make them ???
Where ???
How much??
Alhough I must say I am parcial to the other end.

I have said this before , 111 mph???? really ???is that all.

I had a tr7 in 1975 and it used to do 110 115 everytime I would drive to miami from Daytona Beach
I have tickets to prove it .
Maybe my speedometor and the officers old radar gun where out of sink???
Maybe it was all a dream.
Getting the one I have now to start is a dreaM
Maybe next week???
