I have seen a couple of mg's, lovely lotus elan
and a VW scirocco i think it was a daily driver and not out for a classic drive so to speak, still it was nice to see one [;)]not seen one for ages.

I've been out in the TR8 for about an hour. Didn't see any other "classics", but did see an overturned caravan on the A303 (fortunately on the opposite carriageway to me).
Was out yesterday as well, a guy in a TR6 waved to me near Dorchester[:0]
And now it is raining here in Dorset ....

It rained in Kent as well this morning. Drove fifty miles [Optimax is now £1.32 a litre] in <i>Maxwell</i> and saw practically nothing of interest with four wheels. An E-Type, something so old the first owner was probabaly Noah [of Arc fame], an MGB and three bling Ford Zodiacs from the mid-50s...
we went to swindon , there was about was about 40 cars comming and going at a lovely pub , the sun was shining , very warm , saw about 15 cars out on the road , mostly vw camper vans !! and then we called in at scrap yard on way home and jokingley i said to steve wonder if any tr7's there and guess what was there , 3rd car in a verrrrrrry sad looking white tr7 !!!
