I will keep you in mind if any can't make it closer to the event, you might try under a club ticket by down loading the form from the web site www.rallyday.com

Its £15 for the driver / car entry and passenger tickets are £10.

What you can expect to see at Castle Coombe Rallyday on this Saturday

3 x TR7 V8 Rallycars
1 x TR8
4 X TR7 V8
5 x TR7

Just to give you all some idea what will be on the stand / odd one on the track etc. If you attend please come over for a look and chat etc.

Great day, glorious sunshine.

Even got my Dad to get his TR6 out of the garage and bring it along.

For those who have not been to this event before I thoroughly recommend that you contact Jim and get booked in for next year.

Instead of the usual classic car show, alongside rally Escorts, Renault 8s and 12s there were Audi Coupes, Aston Martins, and of course Subarus, Evos and Cossies tearing around the track.

It was also good to see a Dolly and Triumph 2500 as well as a TR8 rally car doing the marque proud (photos to follow ).

Got back to Yeovil and finished the day with some proper zydre.

Thanks to all who turned up yesterday.
