I used the three middlemost screws securing the bumper skin. Made a bracket out of stainless in
the form of a piano hinge. It holds the license plate hanging under the rear of the bumper, easily
readable at 'in town' speeds. However, when speed increases the plate is pushed backwards/up-
wards and disappears. At roughly 55kph/35mph it is all but gone - improving highway cooling
and fooling the speed cameras...
Honestly, who but a speed camera would be genuinely interested in reading a <u>front</u> license plate
<u>at speed</u> anyway?! [8D] [Making the rear one disappear is something I haven't solved yet...]
Not a single extra hole in the skin and/or the bumper bar. = No extra risk of rust...
