Well just to confuse you, my late FHC has the same key for doors & ignition, & another smaller key for both boot (trunk) & glove box. My trunk lock is the late type that Hasbeen describes with the large black plastic escutcheon, but it cannot be opened with the ignition key.
I know these are the original locks & keys.
Jim, presumably your trunk is not locked right now, but you would like to be able to lock it? Depending on whether you have the early or late type lock, you should be able to find a used lock assembly complete with key in good order, & change the whole thing. Beware though, there is I think a difference in the boot latch assembly (the bit inside the trunk lid) between early & late locks so try to find one the same as you currently have.
