Premium side decals

This one's probably for Chris but i've had to have the Premium lokk a likey resprayed and need a scource for the side stripes did you get your re-made Chris or is there a supplier

They are the stripes John Ashford designed for the TR7 Sprint. When that was cancelled he suggested using them on a limited edition version of the TR7 as they'd had a batch made up and no cars to apply them to. Hence why the Speke style TR7 lettering appears on the side of the Premium despite the new Canley style being applied to front and rear of the car.

So the answer is, the stripes are generally available from Triumph dealers.

If you struggle getting a set a local member of the tr register has a premium and before his was resprayed ho took it to a decal specialist and they took photos, digitised them and reproduced the full set. I have seen the car in the flesh and they did a very good job.

If it doesn't fit you obviously need a bigger hammer.

John, I was fortunate to have a spare set of gold decals which I recently fitted to my Premium. I do have a set of silver with one part missing if you need some to copy.

Thanks everyone i really thought these might be rare John i got them from S+S in the end so thanks Rick a bit of friendly haggling but arrived today Brilliant thanks again.

Now what about an idiots guide in how best to install them anyone?

Idiot's guide to applying stripes...

1) Peel off backing tape
2) Stick 'em on
