that 'Bobsport' magic occurs once again!

Postby paul w » 02 Feb 2008 14:34

Took my auto for an outing to Robsport today with my mate,Rob (GT6)
for company.I promise i only went to look at the Grinnall and annoy
Simon and Martin, but whenever i am there, some thing happens.
A met.blue fhc drove in.I recognised it and the owner. He bought it
last year, but has decided he does'nt like it after 2000 miles! So
Simon has agreed to take it back off him.Rob says to me"looks good,
fancy a test drive?".Well he twisted me arm and off up the A10 we
sped.Twenty mins.later,he's bought the thing.Must be the quickest
buy and sell Simon ever made.I should be on commission! No wonder
Si'is allways pleased to see me.

Well done Rob, looks a nice car from the photos.

Talking of photos, in the background of the photo of the DHC on the car lift, there is a white FHC with a distinctive red & blue colour scheme on the bonnet. That car looks very familiar to me - like a Jubilee Edition car that a friend had until last year. Any info on that one Paul or Rob?
