WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM QUERY

Hi guys i noticed the other day when i came to fit the pins in my wiper arms that the pasenger side wiper arm the end pice had broken off at some point, is it poss just to replace the tip part that looks like it comes off anyway with a bit of persuation?, or do i need to replace the whole arm itself.
