Does anyone have a photo of the back of the fuse box

Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

Does anyone have a photo of the back of the fuse box

Postby Chubster » 29 Nov 2019 19:12

I am just changing my wiring looms from the originals to a complete new Autosparks loom, does anyone have a photograph of the back of the 12 fuse box showing which wire colours go into which slot please. I have two old fuse boxes however both only have partial fitment so am looking to match up which wires go into which slot in the fuse box. Thank you, Simon

I can't assist with photo, but as the colours tend to fade a photo may not be much help. However this should help you:-

Sheet 1 shows the fuse layout for a UK 81 DHC along with terminal numbers. If you zoom in on fuses you can see the terminal numbers and the wire colours (line is the primary colour and the adjacent text shows the secondary colour)

Hope this helps

Howard

This is a 1980 TR8 DHC US-spec with A/C.

Let me know if you need any more - it's apart right now.

Pretty sure there is one in my parts stash complete with wiring attached. I will have a look tomorrow.
