Fuel gauge problem.

My fuel gauge has just started to read full scale whenever the ignition is turned on.
Have checked all the obvious things, sender unit removed from tank and working okay, all wiring checked okay.
So now believe the problem is the gauge, dash is out with gauge removed and have got some resistance reading across the 3 terminals.
Does anyone have a known working gauge that they could measure the resistance across the terminals so I can compare readings?

Thanks Brian, that would come in handy if not for me but maybe useful for someone in the future.
Replaced mine with an old unit I had and seems to be working okay now.
I did record the resistance of the old unit and the new unit before fitting.
