I have been perusing the UK manifestos and came across this in the UKIP one:
"Exempt vehicles over 25 years old from Vehicle Excise Duty".
Other political parties are available.

That is a fair comment. We are taking a risk, as nearly all our intellectual property is offshore owned (as is lots of land!!) and all our IT seems to be off-shored (see the recent British (Spanish!??) Airways problems).
