Original TR7/8 Mag alloy wheel design.

Why is it that Cobra, Lamborghini, Ferrari and other distinctive Mag-Alloy wheels alway get mentioned , but never our good looking original Mag-Alloy TR7/8 wheels? Who designed them and who manufactured them? Isn't about time that they were recognised as good looking and probably designed to facilitate brake cooling?

They are designed by Dave Keepax. I too like them (and I don't like many, maybe 1 in ten designs) along with my '91 Integra alloys.

Dave was influenced by the wheels on the Lamborghini Espada and thought the same or similar design would work well in a 13 inch wheel. He was right.
