How to section

Postby scribe » 26 Sep 2015 10:35

Hi Guys,

I'm sure on the old forum I remember a 'how to' type section where people could document how they have done certain jobs.

Was that lost in the migration (or am I going mad and it never existed)?

Cheers

Chris

Called "ask the experts" now. But not sure if all the old stuff made it over.

Cheers.

Would be nice to at least have a sub forum for these under ask the experts. Having step by step how to posts clearly visible would save a lot of duplicate questions.

ANYWAY, At least I know where to search now :)

So far as I can tell all the old stuff can still be found in the new "ask" section. Just use search and you will find it.

Sorry folks I just checked again and it all seems a bit confused and notes about stuff dropping off after a certain time? I hope this doesn't mean we have lost a huge resource?

Unfortunately, Mildred has deleted all of the how-to write ups she had produced, so many of the topics in the Ask the Experts section are empty headings with no instructions or just a few people's comments on content that is no longer there. A shame to loose all that information. If anyone has a copy of it...
