Just saw this on Ebay - anyone know what a SMOG pump is?

Smog pump is American for air pump.

Do you mean A/C pump?

N/A slang that's been around for 30+ years. Another difference in the languages of Australia, United States and England (Canada being collection of American slang with English spelling). :P
