I've always been attracted to the sound produced by the 16 valve Sprint and the Stag. I think the latter sounds better than the BOP/RV8.
I stumbled upon this video that demonstrates the capability of modern casting technology and began to wonder if the Triumph community had the interest and strength to pursue an evolution of the old design?
There was discussion on the [url="http://forum.triumphdolomite.co.uk/"]Dolomite forum[/url] about producing a new block suitable for high revs (>7k). I don't follow the Stag forums, but assume there may also be interest there to contribute to a crowdsourcing initiative.
I hope more engaged community members will cross post this so we can collectively engage the community.
