Hi,

I have too have rear discs and fitted one of Woodys 50 / 50 proportioning block and an adjustable proportioning valve. Its amazing the difference is made by playing around with the valve. I have access to MOT rollers so have also dropped my car in them to give a base line and fine tuned from that point. As my learned friend Graham say's weight transfer plays a huge part in this so doing on rollers just give you a start point.

Cheers John

If anyone has a set of scales or 2 to measure the location of the CofG, it would help that initial start point. At least it can be used to tell you what the maximum brake effort required to lock the wheels would be, given a coefficient of friction between tires and road.

OK, WTF??? Saturday morning about 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time, USA I order the uprated TR8 brake master cylinder & server from Robsport, UK. I talked to my mechanic on Monday morning to let him know that I have ordered the part, and based on other parts I have ordered from "across the pond" I expect to see it in about 2-3 weeks.
First thing this morning (Tuesday) I get a call from FedEx to ensure that someone is at my office to sign for a delivery - it's my part from Robsport!!! I can't get parts from any of the Triumph parts suppliers here in the states in that short of a time!
BIG SHOUTOUT to Robsport!!!! Job well done!
