Simon had a little bit of trouble with his Stag before the run and didn't fancy the risk of driving it to Blackpool so he was very kindly offered the loan of a very nice car indeed which added a few extra miles to his journey, so for all his effort and donating his chest hair for charity (so to speak) he has the job of holding the Guido Cup for the year


There was also a best in show trophy awarded to Chris & Sarah Reynolds for bringing along there lovely TR7 V8 Spandau.
Unfortunately I don't have a pic of there car with the Trophy hopefully Chris might be able post.....

A big thanks to Gaz for organizing the run on some great Lancashire roads and big respect to him and Simon for braving the waxing (even though someone cheated a bit with the addition of some timely paracetamol before the trial!)

The weather was beautiful and clear with just enough chill in the night air to keep the temps under control in the queue for the lights, must get a bigger alternator though[:I]
