Best to contact the companies concerned for details, It's a bit of a minefield. I spent ages researching spring lengths & poundage, both free length & fitted lengths. They're all different & some I've tried on the car don't do what they should in regard to lowering the car. One "pair" I bought I returned because one was 15mm longer than the other! See pic below.

Even a set of standard springs I tried had the car sitting over 10mm higher than the original spec. Also at the back take care with short springs which can fall out on full droop. I've got KYB shocks from S&S all round and they don't let the axle fall too far so the short springs are fine.
At the moment I'm half way through fitting set up number four! I've got 160/210lb dual rate triumph tune 1" lowered springs to go on the front, and I've fitted a set of 180/200lb dual rate springs that Alan @ Revington TR had made for me on the back. They have a free length of 236mm and don't fall out on full droop, they've lowered the back by about 30mm.
I'm hoping this set up won't be too harsh around town but will stiffen things up a bit when giving it some stick.
It's pretty much a case of fit them and see, It's time consuming but what suits one doesn't necessarily suit another. [:)]
