Yes Dave we did see the purple hot rod in fact it was two in front of us in the queue to park, very nice indeed fantastic paint job, unfortunatly I did not get any photos of it[:(] if you have any I would appreciate a copy[8D].
What's the latest on the running issue?

Cheapest supplier a few years back was Retro Rockets in the States. They send from a store in the UK although you have to order through the US website. They are also very helpful with any queries and reply to e-mails by return.

Thanks for all the info - I am going down the same route as yourself now.
Retro Rocket website do them for $ 99.30 (£ 61.44p ) plus handling & Vat while Aldon themselves quote £ 111.94p which is quite a difference.
Will get full cost from them & since dispatched from the UK a safe route.
