Drove home today from Upholsterer

Postby Jolyon39 » 28 Sep 2010 10:51

Still no registration or normal 6 monthly safety test but I drove it home using plates from a dealer. I also took it for an alignment.

Looks great, particularly against all the rice burners currently owned by the teenagers at our house..... still they are faster..... for the moment

Remaining issues
Fit Door cards and seats
Fit centre console
Fit side lights or blanking plates
Fit number plate lights
Check temperature and fix temperature guage
Fix Edrose roof closing problem. The upholsterer has installed screws instead of rivets and it bumps them so it can not close that last 4mm and tuck the handle in
Maybe change over front indicators for new units

ALSO

Sort out the caster problem... I do not have the clamps on the front ARB and suspect this has something to do with that. One wheel rubbed badly as I reversed out of the alignment shop. I think I will have to remove the ARB and fit those clamps. What do you think?
