Yes, put the sway bar back on first!

Or use a come-a-long to pull it tight and install.

It reminds me of when I was young and stupid (as opposed to old & stupid) and I had to do the same with a Mk1 Escort, but I improvised with a washing line and a 12" socket extension to twist the line with. How I didn`t decapitate myself I don`t know. [:I]

I've just removed & refitted both my fronts struts today, If you fix them to the turret with the 3 nuts first, then push the anti roll bar (swaybar) into the lower arm, then bolt the lower arm to the subframe. Lastly refit the steering arm & the calipers. Took me three hours to remove both sides, fit new springs & put it all back together![:)]
