BONNET STAY HAVE I GOT THE RIGHT FIXING BOLTS?????

The boot stay is released by lifting the boot slightly then letting it drop back down, while the bonnet stay has a spring loaded catch to release it. if you fit a boot stay to the bonnet and the wind pushes the bonnet up it is likely to come down.

its bad enough when the boot comes down on your shoulders, bet a bonnet on the head would sting a bit[xx(]

Then what i have got im sure is a bonnet stay, cos my old fixed head had a boot stay that if i can recall you had to lift the boot up slightly to drop the boot down ( my drophead has the gas style boot struts)has anyone got a pic of both bonnet and boot stay together?
