What a great idea & some fun suggestions for the name already. I like the Triton & Russet idea.

I would steer clear of anything like Mann since that is likely a trademark name (used to be Watney Mann IIRC).

While I like the Pond Water name and appreciate it's connection to our cars, it is also the nickname we give to one of my favorite brews over here. Mirror Pond Pale Ale is affectionately known as "Pond water" all over the Pacific Northwest. You guys are coming up with some clever names though. If the brew is half as good as the names it'll be very tasty.
